MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION

Papers submitted to the conference must be presented a high-quality original research and development for the conference tracks. Prospective authors are encouraged to submit their paper via email smartcity2018@utc2.edu.vn before 15 July 2018. 

The final paper should be written in English, the official language of the event. The paper needs to be edited within the limit of 6-8 ISO A4 pages, font Times New Roman, size 13, top and bottom margin lengths are 2.5cm, left and right margin widths are 3cm and 2cm, respectively.

IMPORTANT DATES

• Full paper submission: 15 June – 15 July 2018

• Acceptance notification: 5 – 10 August 2018

• Camera-ready paper submission: 10 – 15 August 2018

• Registration: 1 – 31 August 2018

• Conference: 5 September 2018
